How much does an engagement cost?
Every package is a fixed fee scoped to your size and complexity — exact numbers arrive in a written proposal after a short scoping conversation, typically the same week. Reference point: one junior hire costs S$45–60k a year, every year. A redesign engagement typically costs less than half of that, once, and the workload it removes stays removed.
Do you handle WSG grants like WDG (Job Redesign+)?
We are not a WSG pre-approved consultant, by design: it keeps us fast, flexible, and able to serve Hong Kong and regional clients. For clients who want the grant route, we can work alongside pre-approved partners while delivering the AI design and build ourselves.
How fast can we start?
Days, not months. No grant paperwork, no minimum project size. Most clients start with the 2-week Assessment or a 2-hour AI Working Session.
Do you sell or resell AI tools?
No. We are tool-neutral — we sell judgment, not licences. Vendor and model selection is scored against your workflows, data constraints and budget, and you own the decision.
Will AI mean cutting our headcount?
Our whole approach is the opposite: redesign work, not headcount. Most roles carry 30–40% repetitive work that AI can absorb, so your existing team moves to higher-value work — without hiring or firing.
